1. What these terms govern
These Nurse Platform Terms govern your access to the NurseKonekt technology platform as a nurse: registration, verification, conduct on the platform, and account access.
They do not say who pays wages, how much is paid, or when wages are due. Those matters are not part of this document.
2. NurseKonekt is not your employer
NurseKonekt is a technology platform. It is not your employer, a staffing agency, or a party to any shift you book.
3. Verification and access
You must provide accurate professional details and documents. Access to apply for shifts may wait until NurseKonekt has approved your verification.
Verification on the platform does not replace a facility’s own checks.
4. Conduct
You must not misrepresent your identity or credentials, harass others, or misuse the platform.
NurseKonekt may suspend or close access for breach, risk, or regulatory concern.
5. Shift bookings
When you confirm a booking, you enter a direct agreement with the facility on the Standard Shift Terms then in force. That is a separate document. NurseKonekt is not a party to it.
