We look up each nurse’s TNC licence on the public TNMCIS register when they register. A NurseKonekt admin still reviews the documents before they can apply. Hospitals need licence approval before posting.

Facilities publish ward cover with pay rates. Verified nurses can apply for open shifts.

Confirming a booking is a direct agreement between the nurse and the facility. NurseKonekt is not a party.
