1. What these terms govern
These Facility Platform Terms govern your organisation’s access to NurseKonekt: verification, posting rights, the obligation to pay nurses under the Standard Shift Terms, and the platform fee owed to NurseKonekt.
2. Nature of NurseKonekt
NurseKonekt is a technology platform. It is not a staffing agency, an employer of nurses, or a payment processor. Facilities pay nurses directly. NurseKonekt does not hold nurse wages.
3. Posting rights
You may post shifts only if your facility is verified and your account is in good standing. NurseKonekt may limit posting for unpaid nurse wages or other breaches.
4. Paying nurses
You must pay each nurse the agreed rate for a completed shift, directly to the nurse, within the payment window in the Standard Shift Terms that applied to that booking.
NurseKonekt does not pay the nurse and is not a party to that payment.
5. Platform fee owed to NurseKonekt
NurseKonekt invoices the facility a platform fee for matching and verification. The fee is the published platform rate shown in the product at the time of invoicing.
NurseKonekt may revise the published platform rate on notice. The rate is not a fixed percentage baked into this agreement.
The platform-fee invoice is separate from nurse wages. Paying NurseKonekt does not pay the nurse.
6. Standard Shift Terms
Each booking is a direct contract between the facility and the nurse on the Standard Shift Terms. NurseKonekt is not a party to that contract.
